An excellent way to add Additional Storage Space to Your HOME or to Conceal a room or closet... Creative Building Resources can meet your needs with a The Hidden Passage Doorway or Forgotten Space Concept Door.
They can appear simply as a linen or pantry shelf or a finely crafted bookcase made from the wood of your choice. Each opening is a unique, personally designed & custom built door to meet your needs. Our doors are currently being used in Storage Closets, Master Bedroom Closets, Pantries, to Conceal Rooms, Hallways, Safe rooms, Home Theaters, and Offices. Paint or Stain Grade w/many options to choose from. Our standard unit comes prehung on 4 9/16" jamb, concealed hinges w/8 1/4" box, one (1) fixed shelf and (4) adjustable shelves that are locked in after placement. The door hardware includes: shelf pins and a catch. This unit fits the same rough opening as an industry standard prehung door, (2 1/2" over in height & 2" in width) or can be sized to fit a non-standard opening at no extra charge in most cases. Although, some styles and designs may require an additional sizing charge. We offer a privacy slide latch, keyed lock and electromag locks w/remotes.
